In August, we helped sent our kids back to school with the kick-off of our Sunday School year and the Blessing of the Backpacks. We started out program year and our Bicentennial celebration with a Welcome Home Brunch. Local historian Andy Lawson spoke about Macon history and Russ Henry gave the first of our monthly series of Bicentennial history forums.
